Baccarat Rouge 540 is the anniversary composition Maison Francis Kurkdjian created with crystal house Baccarat in 2015, a single color translated into scent. It has since become one of the defining contemporary fragrances.
Saffron and jasmine open with an almost luminous quality, leading into a heart of amberwood, ambergris, and hedione that is warm, slightly animalic, and built to project. The base of fir resin, cedar, sugar, ambroxan, and oakmoss gives it that dry, radiant woody trail.
