Who pays for shipping?
Once you accept our offer we email you a prepaid label. You drop it off, we pay you when it arrives.
What if my bottle is fake?
We authenticate everything we receive. If it isn't authentic we'll send you the written verdict — no payment goes out. What happens next depends on which method you chose:
Full bottle path: we ship the bottle back to you free of charge — return postage is already factored into the order, since you trusted us with the whole thing.
Sample-vial path: the 2 ml vial is not shipped back — return postage on a single test vial would cost more than the vial is worth. Your full bottle stays with you the entire time, so nothing of yours is lost.
