Saffron opens the composition like incense before a ceremony, warming the oud and preparing the skin. The heart is an unusual contrast — elemi, lily of the valley, marine notes, and peony give the oud an unexpected luminosity that keeps it from reading heavy. Beneath, cedar joins the agarwood while Indonesian patchouli and musk deepen the trail into a resinous, balsamic signature that lasts on cloth for days.
