How Pre-Orders Work

A pre-order is a way to claim your place before a launch opens to everyone. You reserve now, you are not charged now, and you decide later. If you have been watching for a launch and want to be first in line without committing money on the spot, this is how it works.

What a reservation actually is

A pre-order at /pre-order is a reservation, not a purchase. Reserving holds a spot in the first launch batch, and you are not charged at the time you reserve. Nothing leaves your account until the launch is ready and you complete payment.

Because it is a reservation rather than a sale, it carries no obligation. A reservation is not a commitment to buy, and you can cancel it any time before payment. If you change your mind, you simply do not proceed, and your reservation is released. There is no penalty for stepping away.

A few things to keep in mind as you reserve:

• You hold a place in the first launch batch, not a specific bottle set in stone. Fragrance is a rotating collection, so if a scent you wanted becomes unavailable we ask you to choose a like for like replacement, and we never promise an exact bottle.
• Sign in is worth doing so your reservation, and later your order, stay tied to your account and visible from your dashboard.
• Any figure that varies, such as pricing, lives on the live page and is never fixed here.

The early supporter rate

If you reserve the monthly option, you lock in today's monthly product rate as your early supporter rate. That rate is set and enforced on our side, and it is honored for as long as your subscription stays active. In other words, reserving early can hold your monthly price steady even as the standard rate moves later.

The specific amount of that rate varies and is shown on the live page, see /pre-order. We do not quote a number here because it can change, and the page is always the accurate source. What is fixed is the promise itself: reserve the monthly option early, and today's rate becomes yours while your subscription remains active.

When it ships and how it ends

Reservations ship with the first launch batch. The exact shipping window is shared at launch rather than fixed in advance, so the timing you see on /pre-order is the one to trust. We say the box is monthly, thirty individually sealed vials, one for each day, and we do not promise a shipping date ahead of the launch.

When the launch opens and you complete checkout, you land on a confirmation page that marks your reservation as successful. If you decide against it, cancelling before payment closes the reservation cleanly with no charge. Either way, the choice stays yours right up to the moment you pay.
